另請檢查系統登錄值是否包含[KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\SppExtComObj.exe],若有請刪除SppExtComObj.exe後再重新進行KMS認證。
請確認Windows與Office皆更新至最新。

通常為Windows系統更新有異常造成。

以下列出幾種處理方式提供參考:
1.先檢查系統時間、時區是否符合目前 標準時間 及 (GMT+8) 之時區。
2.檢查確認磁碟空間是否充足。
3.執行系統更新:提供參考微軟網頁
(1) 先關閉「自動更新」功能。
(2) 搜尋「Windows Update」並開啟。
(3) 左側窗格中「變更設定」,選取「永不檢查更新」。
(4) 重新啟動電腦並開啟「自動更新」功能。
(5) 開啟「Windows Update」,選取「變更設定」。
(6) 選擇「重要更新」下方清單,選取「自動安裝更新 (建議選項)」。
(7) 選取「檢查更新」以下載並安裝所有剩餘的更新。
4.再重新啟用一次作業系統,並執行kms驗証。

(4)執行啟用程式時,務必在啟用程式上按右鍵選「以系統管理員身份執行」。

非安裝學校提供之大量授權版本
移除電腦現有版本後,至學校軟體下載網站重新下載安裝檔及安裝,再行啟用。
To reinstall the licensed version provided by the non-installed school, remove the existing version from the computer and download the installation file from the school's software download website. Then, proceed with the installation and activate it.

0xC004C003 及 0x803F7001:指定的產品金鑰遭到封鎖。 通常發生於使用零售版(或OEM版)作業系統試圖進行KMS認證,或者於安裝作業系統後曾經使用MAK序號,或安裝完後遲遲未進行認證導致。 請您先確認安裝的 Windows 是否為學校版本:開啟 cmd.exe 執行 slmgr -dlv ,確認跳出的訊息中包含 VOLUME_KMSCLIENT channel ,才是本校授權版本。OEM 隨機版本身在購買電腦時即取得授權,無需認證。
0xC004C003 and 0x803F7001: The specified product key is blocked. It usually occurs when trying to perform KMS authentication using a retail version (or OEM version) of the operating system, or the MAK serial number has been used after installing the operating system, or the authentication has been delayed after installation. Please first confirm whether the installed Windows is the school version: open cmd.exe and execute slmgr -dlv. Make sure that the pop-up message contains VOLUME_KMSCLIENT channel. This is the version authorized by the school. The OEM random version is authorized when you purchase the computer and does not require certification.
